Rhyan serves as the Academic Project Manager for the College of Social Work where she provides strategic and operational support for academic programs and initiatives. She specializes in process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and advancing initiatives aligned with institutional goals. Her work on academic program development and undergraduate research initiatives helps connect and support individuals across the college. She enjoys working closely with the Strategic Operations and Academic Leadership teams to bring thoughtful, solution-oriented approaches that deliver measurable impact.
