SWAA Alumni-Student Mentoring Program
The SWAA Alumni-Student Mentoring Program pairs current students with alumni for one-on-one guidance. As a mentor, you’ll help students navigate challenges, build connections, and unlock new opportunities in their academic and career journey.

Who can be an Alumni Mentor?
- Graduates of the UK College of Social Work looking to stay engaged with the college community
- Passionate about supporting students in their personal and professional growth
- Able to commit to consistent engagement (minimum of one connection per month)
- Willing to share guidance, expand networks, and offer career insight
- Available to participate during the Spring semester (January–April), when the mentorship program takes place
