With more than 28 years of experience in the wellness field, Andrea Deweese has dedicated her career to creating meaningful impact for both individuals and organizations. Her background includes over 18 years of health coaching and more than 13 years of experience in program creation, development, and management. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and is both a Certified Wellness Practitioner through the National Wellness Institute and a Certified Lifestyle Coach through the CDC, bringing a strong foundation of knowledge and passion to advancing well-being across the Bluegrass region and beyond.
Throughout her career, Andrea has led innovative initiatives that empower individuals and organizations to prioritize wellness in practical, sustainable ways. She has extensive experience working with university faculty and staff, healthcare workers, individuals with disabilities, and diverse populations across community and organizational settings. Her work spans the full lifecycle of program development – from concept and design to implementation and growth – and includes team recruitment and training, healthcare provider education, health screenings, and strategic relationship building. With specialized expertise in behavior modification and program development, she is known for creating research-based programs that are both impactful and adaptable to a wide range of needs.
Andrea’s contributions to the field have been recognized with two distinguished industry awards. She is a lifelong learner, a detail-oriented planner, and a natural connector who excels at linking people with the resources and support they need to thrive. Known for her commitment to providing “white glove” service, Andrea prioritizes building strong, authentic relationships that enhance individual lives while fostering a broader culture of well-being within organizations and communities.
