Clair Hiles is a dedicated Family Mentor with the START team in child welfare and family support services. In her role, she works closely with families impacted by substance use, providing guidance, support, and advocacy to promote safety, stability, and long-term recovery. Clair is passionate about empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges while maintaining a strengths-based, compassionate approach.
Clair brings a strong background in addiction and recovery services, including experience in peer support. Through both professional and lived experience, she has developed a deep understanding of substance use, recovery pathways, and the barriers families often face when navigating systems of care. This perspective allows her to connect authentically with clients while offering practical tools and encouragement.
