Jamisen Manley

Hello my name is Jamisen Manley. I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in International Development and Spanish. I spent 6 years working for a ministry called Young Life as a mentor for middle school and high school aged kids. The last 3 years of working with that ministry were dedicated to developing Young Lives, a branch specifically catered to mentoring teen moms. This ministry is now thriving, serving 30 moms and babies monthly.

For the past 8 years my husband and I have served as foster parents here in Lexington, Kentucky. We have fostered 17 children, adopted 4 (ages 22,16, 4 and 3) and are in the process of adopting our most recent foster placement (age 1). We love to travel, hike and be outdoors! Our new favorite thing is coaching our 4 year old’s soccer team together.
