Mary Shepherd

Mary Jo earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and P-12 learning and behavior disorders from Northern Kentucky University in 2007. In addition to her bachelors she earned her masters in teaching moderate and severe disabilities, rank one in early childhood education and then completed the coursework to be a behavior analyst in 2023. She has worked with all ages from birth through high school and is currently the Moderate and Severe Disabilities Teacher at Mason County High School. Mary Jo recently became a Permanency Navigator and is excited to work with other adoptive parents as they navigate life after adoption.
