Ayla Al Shammari

Ayla H. Shammari serves as a Technology Specialist at the Training Resource Center at the University of Kentucky, where she supports faculty and staff by designing and implementing digital systems that strengthen program operations and decision‑making. In this role, she leads the development of forms, workflow automation, and reporting tools, working closely with stakeholders to translate complex needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
Ayla brings a background in systems development and process improvement within higher education. Her work focuses on building advanced electronic forms, dashboards, and automated workflows that streamline administrative processes, improve data visibility, and reduce operational burden.
