Debbie Kallmeyer

Debbie Kallmeyer graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1989 with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She has worked in the field of child welfare since graduating. She retired from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services in 2012 after 23 years of service in the areas of child abuse/neglect prevention, foster care and adoption in a variety of roles. After retiring Debbie began contract work through EKU and then UK providing assistance in the finalization of adoptions. Most recently she has been providing outreach services to post-adoptive families.
