Get to Know Patrick

Patrick Reid is a web developer and digital content professional with experience creating and managing engaging digital experiences across higher education and corporate environments. He currently serves as a Web Developer for the University of Kentucky’s College of Social Work, where he oversees web platforms, ensures accessibility and compliance standards, and uses data insights to enhance user experience.

Previously, Patrick’s career focused on digital content strategy and analytics through roles with TwinSpires, the Kentucky Derby, and Don Jacobs Automotive. Across both positions, he managed and optimized website content, evaluated performance through analytics, and identified opportunities to improve user engagement and messaging. His work focused on refining digital experiences through data-informed decisions, enhancing content organization, and supporting broader marketing and communication strategies.

Patrick earned his degree in Media Arts and Studies with a minor in Communications from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursing his MBA. An Eagle Scout and alumni of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, he brings a strong sense of leadership and collaboration to his work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys photography, video editing, graphic design, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking.
